Ageing – Birthday Celebration with Senior Citizens

Date: September 1, 2025


Vice President and JJ Dharamshala Project Coordinator Bijal Desai celebrated her birthday with the senior citizens at JJ Dharamshala by distributing sarees, salwar suits, T-shirts, shorts, and sweets.


The initiative brought joy and comfort to the residents while fostering a spirit of care and companionship.

Health & Community – Annaj Daan

As part of the Annaj Daan initiative, 17 kgs of rice and 13.5 kgs of tuwar dal were collected and donated to the senior citizens at JJ Dharamshala.

Animal Welfare – Rabies Vaccination Drive

Date: September 30, 2025


In collaboration with Animal Care, rabies vaccinations were provided to 60 stray dogs through the generous support of a private donor connected through Shital Muchala.


Special appreciation to Bijal Desai for coordinating and facilitating this initiative.

Youth Development – Educational Aid

Date: September 8, 2025


On World Literacy Day, educational support was provided to Mr. Ram Prakash Jha for his 5th semester of B.Tech studies at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Odisha.


This initiative was made possible through the generous support of the Trustees of Asha Foundation and Rakhee Reshamwala & family, helping a deserving student continue his higher education.

Water & Sanitation – Water Tank Installation

Date: September 10, 2025


A water tank was installed for the Vaidu community in Aarey Colony to improve access to water and address the challenges faced by residents due to limited water supply hours and safety concerns.


This project was made possible through the collective contributions of club members towards the Trust Account.

Women Empowerment – Beautician’s Course

Date: September 10, 2025


In collaboration with Rangoonwala Foundation (India) Trust, a 40-day Beautician’s Course was conducted at the Anandwadi and Subhash Nagar centres. The training covered basic makeup, waxing, pedicure, manicure, hairstyling, and saree draping, equipping women with valuable skills for self-employment and financial independence.

Animal Welfare & Environment – Newspaper Collection Drive

Date: September 11, 2025


A newspaper and blanket collection drive was organized in support of Animals Matter To Me NGO. Approximately 48 kgs of newspapers were collected and donated to assist in the care and welfare of animals at the NGO’s Malad facility.

IILM Teachers Appreciation

Date: September 11, 2025


Teachers’ Day was celebrated at Aryan School by recognizing 10 deserving teachers with IILM certificates under the categories prescribed by the District and Association. Speakers and mugs were also presented as tokens of appreciation to the teachers and staff.


The celebration was organized by Aryan School and supported through the collective contribution of club members.

Youth Development – Snack Distribution

As part of Teachers’ Day celebrations, Class 10 students at Aryan School took on the role of teachers for a day. Hot snacks and chocolates were distributed to the participating students to mark the occasion.

Family Welfare – Make-A-Wish Foundation

Wishes of 25 terminally ill children were fulfilled in collaboration with Make-A-Wish Foundation, supported by CSR partner Ratnamani Metals and Tubes. The event also included art and craft activities and a clown show for the children.

Breakfast and dinner were sponsored for senior citizens at Sir J.J. Dharamshala, ensuring nutritious meals and care for the residents.

Under the Annaj Daan initiative, 14 kg of rice and 8 kg of yellow moong dal were donated for senior citizens at Sir J.J. Dharamshala.

Animal Welfare & Environment – Medical & Food Support

Date: September 20, 2025


Medical supplies and food were provided to Blaty’s Foundation animal shelter, supporting treatment for dogs Foxy (suffering from seizures) and Hope (paralysed), along with a one-month food supply for the cats at the shelter.


This initiative was supported by a private donor.

In collaboration with Kawach Movement NGO, new sarees and snack boxes were distributed to members of the transgender community in Masjid Bunder, offering dignity, care, and support.

Status of Women – Cervical Cancer Vaccination (1st Dose)

Date: September 27, 2025


The first dose of HPV vaccine for cervical cancer prevention was administered to 25 girls of Sane Guruji School, Santacruz. The initiative was supported by a private donor covering both doses.

As part of the ongoing monthly initiative, ration kits were distributed to pregnant and lactating women in collaboration with Health For You Foundation, supporting their nutritional needs.

An awareness session on non-communicable diseases such as hypertension and blood sugar was conducted for residents of Murti Nagar. The session focused on diet and lifestyle changes, along with basic blood sugar testing and medication support.
