• On June 5, 2024, Club President Kavita Waghani led a monthly project providing animal welfare and care, including feeding fodder to cows at Shree Sanjeevani Gaushala in Bhiwandi, benefiting many cows.

• On June 13, 2024, a nutrition food distribution event was held at JJ Dharamshala in Byculla, Mumbai, led by Club President Kavita, serving 60 individuals.

• On Saturday, 15th June, Kavita Waghani, Centurion Club President, led a project at SVRR at Tardeo, Mumbai for the Mentally Retarded. The event, held in collaboration, entertained around 100 individuals with a vibrant musical program. Thea Waghani, daughter of our Club President, performed Hindi songs, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration. The event also featured singing, dancing, and a display of products made by the students, encouraging them to be self-reliant.

• Donation of Preloved Clothes and Board Games  During the year 2023-2024, a private donor generously donated preloved clothes for kids and board games, both new and used, to Salaam Baalak. The kids and the institute were delighted to receive these thoughtful gifts, which brought joy and enrichment to their lives.

• Solar electrification project of IWCBQT The solar electrification project in Gundpada and Tadpada hamlets in Jawhar Taluka, home to 35 families and around 150 tribals. Distribution was completed on 29th June 2024. Each family received a solar lantern with a 5.5W panel and USB for mobile charging, a portable solar lamp for outdoor use in the dark, and a home filter to purify turbid water. With up to 100 hours of light on a single full charge, the home light will help with studying, cooking, or doing any work in their dark huts. A demo on how to use the products was also given to all members of the village. Thank you for your support. This project was executed by IWC Bombay Queens Tiara with support from Chirag Foundation. Special thanks to Pratibha Pai from the foundation and Rakhee, our club Treasurer, for bringing such a meaningful project.

• On the last day of the Centurion term, we conclude the year with a donation project at KJ Somaiya Hospital in Chunnabhati, Mumbai. Medical aid worth ₹148,115 was donated through our club, facilitated by Centurion Club President Kavita Waghani. During the donation drive, DC Mrs. Pallavi Choksi was present and participated in the event. It was an honor to begin the year with the tree project under her guidance and end it with her support and encouraging message for the club. Kudos to the Centenary District Chairman and her team from Centurion President Kavita Waghani and her team 2023-2024. Cheers and best wishes for the coming year!
